Dear Ms. Rotenberg,

In response to your proposal yesterday at your attorney's (Silberman and Platte's) office for making repairs to our apartment (ref. deficiencies listed in documents at Web site: http://jya.com/a6e.htm):

1. Please provide a written proposed schedule for correcting long-neglected architectural and mechanical repairs in the apartment as described in the Web site documents, specified in a municipal violation, and repeated to you yesterday by notations on a sketch floor plan of the apartment.

2.Ten (calendar) days of sustained work to complete the restoration of the main bathroom is acceptable if you will confirm in writing that the task will be fully completed during that time.

3.Restoration and other repair work and procedures shall comply with rules and regulations of the building management and law governing buildings and construction.

4. Due to prior commitments of my family we are unable to accommodate repair work before the first of the New Year 1999.

5. We look forward to receiving your proposed schedule in writing for completing restoration of the main bathroom and all other apartment repairs commencing as soon as possible after the New Year.
